DO:

1. Overuse social media, consuming too much social media can leave you feeling overwhelmed.
2. Worry about "what if" situations, if you spend all your time worry about things that may not happen you'll be stressed.
3. Don't give up on yourself, if you don't meet a goal one day don't spend all your time worry about it, instead focus on things you can or have done.
Physical
DO:
1. Make sure to get enough exercise, it's recommended that you get 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week.
2. Eat healthy, you can use a website like https://www.myplate.gov/myplate-plan to discover how much you should eat.
3. Get enough sleep, not getting enough sleep is commonly the root of other problems.
DON'T:
1. Focus too much on your image, exercise shouldn't take over your life, you should balance it with other hobbies.
2. Over-indulge in unhealthy foods, it's okay to enjoy things like cake or chips, bu make sure to balance your diet.
3. Stay up too late studying for upcoming tests or working on an upcoming due date for a project, you won't perform your best if you're deprived of sleep.
